Fabienne Volel Keller is a nutritionist. Fabienne has been conducting nutrition workshops, lectures and specialized diet counseling for over ten years. Prior to starting Greens Are Fun, she worked as a Clinical Nutritionist at St. Luke’s Hospital, helping patients attain their medical and personal nutritional goals. She also worked for the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene as a Senior Nutrition Educator, implementing and developing lessons and recipes, and hosting weekly nutrition workshops. In her tenure, she has provided nutrition intervention for various diets aiming to combat cancer, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, and many others. She graduated from NYU with a MS in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is passionate about healthy eating and enjoys teaching others on how to live a healthy lifestyle.
